Hii, i am actively applying for SDE Backend Intern roles, not getting any call backs. I am in 3rd year of my B.Tech and my cgpa is not that great, i mean its just 6.9, i was wondering if this is the reason they reject me or the ATS automatically rejects my application.

Should i remove cgpa from my resume, will it affect anything ?

Hii, I recently got a referral for SDE Intern position from a SDE 3 working in the same company (800k on LinkedIn). I wanted to ask if that has some weight ? Like is there any difference between getting a referral from a junior employee and a senior one ?

My resume is strong and match the JD.

Whats are my chances to get a call back ?
