We are looking for a female flatmate to occupy a room in a 3BHK flat in Malviya Nagar (peaceful and clean locality).
The flat has been fully furnished by us.

 Move-in: 1st week of April (urgent)

• Single / Double bed option available
• Large wardrobe
• Access to terrace

 Flat Amenities

• Double-door Fridge, Washing Machine, Geyser, AC (rented)
• Maid comes twice daily (for cleaning)
• Fully functional, well-maintained flat
• WiFi

• Rent: ₹10,500
• Deposit: ₹10,500 (one-time refundable)
• Furniture rent: ₹1,500 (may differ slightly)
• Furniture deposit: ₹1,500 (one-time refundable)
• Electricity: as per usage (AC billing is separate for each person as per sub-meter, the rest is divided equally among the three)
• Water: as per bill
• Agreement Paperwork: ₹500 (one-time)

• Just behind Malviya Nagar main market
• All essentials nearby (market, parks, eateries, etc.)
• Accessible to nearby metro both yellow line (Malviya Nagar metro station) and magenta line (Panchsheel Park metro station)
• Peaceful and safe area

We are cool and interesting girls. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easy to live with. Non-vegetarian preferred.
