[New York] After 7 months of unemployment, I was able to found a job. DOL never sent me any $. Can I still collect?
They denied my claim because supposedly I missed my interview even though I have proof sent by them that I did in fact interview. Can I still collect unemployment for the months that I did not receive any $? Yes, I survived but I took a big hit on my savings, credit score and 401k
