Need advice on whether I'm eligible (31M / 100kg / 180cm)
Hey folks. I just needed some opinions on whether I sound like a reasonable candidate for GLP-1s.
Stats: Male / 180 cm / 100 kg
History:
In 2020 I lost ~8 kg naturally but gained it back within a year
In 2024 I lost ~10 kg again and regained it within a year
Right now I’m struggling to even lose 2–3 kg because I can’t consistently maintain a calorie deficit anymore
I’m not diabetic or pre-diabetic based on my last blood tests from January 2026.
Questions:
Does this sound like a typical case where doctors in India prescribe GLP-1s?
Any things I should know before seeing an endocrinologist?
