Hi guys, I have gotten over 4 grad interviews, where i was unsuccessful with going to the next step, and the feedback i kept getting was that there were a lot of strong candidates. nevertheless, i got an interview at a private hospital for a rn position nearby and i was wondering how i should prepare myself, as i dont have a grad experience or any prior nursing experience other than RUSON and PCA.
