Kidney transplant recipient here on belatacept. Having anxiety with long covid.

72F I had kidney transplant 14 years ago. I got covid five months ago and believe I now have long covid. Extreme fatigue, weakness, lightheadedness, gut problems. I am scared to death about kidney rejection although my latest labs show everything is fine. Getting belatacept infusion every month. I am already sooo fatigued from the covid, and I get more fatigue right after and the next day from the infusion. Does anyone know of a remedy to prevent this after their infusion?

Feeling woozy enough to pass out

I am five months out from covid, and so miserable I know I have long covid at this point. But for two days in a row I've been so woozy, I feel like I'm going to pass out. I don't have orthostatic hypotension. Made it just barely to the heart doctor today for a regular follow up, but everything is fine. She couldn't explain or help much with it. But at least my heart is fine. But my fatigue makes it impossible to stand/walk much. It's nauseating. Does anyone have any recommendations/suggestions? I have no long covid clinics or doctors near me.

Something besides propranolol for physical anxiety symptoms?

I can't take beta blockers because of my low blood pressure. Is there anything else others have tried?

Want to throw in the towel with supplements

I'm so miserable with long covid (6 months) symptoms - extreme fatigue, nausea, bloating, dizziness, anxiety and just sick all over. Trying to be healthy as I can with supplements but just feel worse every day.

D-3 (1000mg)

K2 (100 mg)

Vitamin C (275 mg)

Cranberry (for utis)

But I am immunosupressed from medications I have to take for my kidney transplant 13 years ago.

I sometimes feel like just stopping everything (except kidney meds). Just feeling like nothing is making me feel better.

Doctor was no help.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I am also in extreme pain from spinal fusion surgery.

Can B-1 cause anxiety?

I thought B vitamins were supposed to to help with anxiety. I started B-1 100 mg four days ago but I feel like my anxiety is through the roof.

Missed picking up pregabalin! Help!

I take 200mg at nighttime and forgot to pick up my prescription today. And the pharmacy is now closed.

I have one 100mg capsule. The only other ones I have are 75 mg. capsules. Would you only take 175 mg total tonight, or should I take 250 mg? I've had trouble increasing pregabalin in the past.

Ooof, I am so mad at myself.

I had diverticulitis five months ago and resolved it with devil antibiotics. Sometimes I feel a tinge of pain in my left side, but it subsides in minutes. Is this what's considered a flare-up? Or could this just be gas? It is not constant, but just makes me nervous.

I have been reading about taking B-1 to help with LC gremlins. I'm reading on these posts about people taking such high doses. I also researched and read you should start slow for a week or two for your body to adapt, and then increase. I didn't have a good experience with a B complex vitamin. So I want to try just B1 for now. Is there anyone with experience taking it?

Burning, aching pain in my toes/feet since my spinal fusion surgery a year ago. I have an SI Injection for my back scheduled, and my podiatrist said wait and see if that helps, because he saw nothing in my foot xrays except very minor arthritis in one or two toes.

I just started trying this combo. Took pepcid and zyrtec last night. Then took a pepcid this morning. Today I am shaking with anxiety and so fatigued I almost passed out at the grocery store. I'm going to just try the zyprexa tonight to see which one is the culprit. Does anyone have suggestions which one it might be?

I have bloating creep up every day until, by dinnertime, I look six months pregnant. It literally pushes against my ribs.

My morning consists of waking up nauseous, pooping three or four times, then having breakfast and no longer nauseous. I may poop another time or two in the afternoon. I went to gastroenterologist who says I'm "probably" constipated and to take mirilax every night. I find all that does, even a small amount, is gives me diarrhea. I'm trying to stop pooping! But I can't stand the bloat every day. Also, pooping never relieves the bloating in the afternoon. I live on Gas-x and Colace. Just makes it more comfortable, but still bloated. He performed a colonoscopy and was tickled not to find anything. And sent me on my way. I'm still miserable.

I do have anxiety, some from some back surgery pain. But I always have had physical anxiety symptoms and wonder if that causes my nausea and "anxiety" poops. But I don't think that's the cause of my bloating. Any ideas?

Has anyone had success with an anti-anxiety ssri that doesn't cause fatigue and sitting in a catatonic state?

I'm having a "hmmmmmm" moment here. I've been prescribed fosfomycin sachet packet for a uti. I could have sworn the last time I had a uti I was given a pill. Does fosfomycin come in both a powder and pill form? Or has my uti caused me to go crazy?

EDIT : I know I have never had the packet, ever. Just had it for the first time tonight. Was surprised how good it tasted. So I really am going nuts. My pharmacy record online shows I picked up the powder during my last uti (three months ago.) But both my husband and I distinctly remember it being a fairy large pill, thinking probably because it is only a one dose medication. But I was tickled that I didn't have to take a regimen of pills. But if I didn't get the powder, what did the pharmacy give me? This is haunting me. I will say that I got cleared up (I think?) but I never had any of the typical symptoms (burning, etc.) and I didn't with this one.
