Hey everyone! Just did my second competition this weekend where I competed in LC with 20kg KBs. I hit 64 reps and am really happy with my results

In retrospect, I feel that my weak point is cardio. I didn’t feel muscularly (is that a word?) taxed, just very winded. Which makes me wonder how to best improve my cardio fitness. I’m currently training 3x a week with KB (LC specific) + GPP (high-rep squats, presses, core) and then running on 3 of my off days (between 5-30 minutes, generally no more than 3 miles).

I’m just curious what others cardio training looks like, and if you found anything particularly useful.

I’m still pretty new to KB Sport, so I might be overlooking something simple/basic. Just thought I’d see how others are approaching this.

Thanks!
