Wii games off the SD card?

Pretty straightforward, is there anyway I can put Wii games on the SD card and play them on the Wii U?

Do I need a VPN to download from this?

So I want to play Wii U games but I noticed that the site says it’s, “Torrent Based” so does this mean I need to use some browser or a VPN in order to download?

I know it’s a dumb question but I’d rather ask a dumb question than mess up. Thank you for any help!
