I’ve been running outbound campaigns for my agency for years, but lately, it feels like I’m yelling into a void. I’ve tried three different cold email services this year alone, and my deliverability is tanking.

Even with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all set up perfectly, half my emails end up in the promotions tab or spam folder. It’s frustrating because the copy is actually solid and we aren't using trigger words.

I suspect the issue is that these services are using shared IP pools that are already burnt out, or their warming protocols just aren't keeping up with Google and Outlook's new AI filters. I’m at the point where I’m considering shut down outbound entirely and moving strictly to PPC, but the ROI on email is too good to give up if I can just get the tech right.

Does anyone have a provider that actually guarantees deliverability or at least has a sophisticated enough infrastructure to handle high-volume B2B sends without getting flagged immediately?
