looking for a gym buddy!
hello citizens of burbank!
i’ve been trying my best to workout the past year or so, but life hit me pretty hard recently and i’ve been majorly slacking off throughout this last month.
i’m wondering if there’s anyone in the area that’d be interested in being a workout buddy, hopefully to keep us both accountable? we can just make sure we’re both going, or we can build a routine and workout together – while i don’t mind locking in with music or a podcast, every now and then the solo reps do get kinda boring. 😂 would love someone to share progress and chats with!
for reference, i’m 26 and assigned male at birth, but am currently exploring a more feminine gender identity. open to responses from both men and women, but i am mainly focusing lower body & glutes, so i figure women may have more similar goals/regimens! i usually only do strength-training, but sometimes mix in some cardio on the stairmaster or treadmill.
i've been going to blink fitness, but have a pass that gets me into most chain gyms! if you’re interested, just hit me up and hopefully we can work something out! let’s get these gainsssss.
