I’m going to try getting off birth control. I’m not quite ready to get pregnant yet, but I’d like to see how my body reacts. I already talked to my doctor and she essentially said feel free to try it but we need to check back in if I don’t get a period in three months. I have very light periods on birth control (Nuva ring) so she said it’s unlikely I will ovulate or have a period. But I want to try.

What natural methods have helped bring back your periods and ovulation?

What do you wish you knew when you were about a year out from trying to get pregnant for the first time?
