I'm from py. M20 soon going to be 21 .

I'm currently in hosur, working in MNC non IT field. I wanna pursue degree as I only have diploma in ICE. my in hand is 30 k, Is this budget ok for a distance education. if ok is there any college in pondy I can approach. will the amount be enough. I have zero knowledge in those fields. so what should I do to get a degree (eng) for career growth?
