- monthly gross pay varies if may overtime

- take home pay almost 26-28K with overtime

- mon to fri; 7:30-4:30

- stagnant job but lots of training

- hmo 75K employee + 75K free dependent

- midyear bonus, christmas bonus

Company Red

- fixed monthly gross pay

- take home pay around 30K without overtime

- mon to sat; 8-5PM

- new learnings about SAP

- only 13th month

- hmo 200K employee + 75K free dependent

- quarterly rice subsidy

- may JO na, waiting nalang Lila ng decision ko until tomorrow

I don’t know if I would grab or reject it for the mean time. Siguro I’m scared lang din to resign as it will be my first time. I want to learn something new, like SAP PM. Halos lahat ng related sa job na gusto ko is SAP PM related. Please help.
