Is there a way to check the time remaining (or equivalently, the time of first activation scan) on a 7-day Ventra ticket I found on the street?

I have a City Key myself with recurring monthly pass on it and so I can check all that in the app, I found where I can type in a serial number to check money on a regular actual Ventra CARD, but when I type the number along the side of the ticket, the form says it needs an expiration date, and the paper ticket doesn’t seem to have any such thing.

It does also say “ED-25-13” I have no idea what that is.

I obviously don’t NEED this thing for anything but it’s got me curious (and if it did have time remaining maybe worth giving to a tourist in line to buy a ticket…)
