CPPD Application Help
Hello so I have a genetic muscle disease that i find the diagnosis of on Thursday. I can't work at all. Not without significant pain. I used to work a lot before my condition worsened, but I had to stop. I wanted to apply for CPPD, but I only have 3/4 years of ccp contribution. I worked 4 years, but one of them i made no cpp contributions. I had no idea. What do I do? I need that money to live. I'm panicking. One of my T4s wasn't even counted in 2018 but that won't count as a full year, would it? This is the year for 2019. I heard of I can prove my condition stopped me from working more at that time, I still might qualify. I can prove that. Any help would be appreciated. Please don't be mean to me. Im young and I didn't want this to happen either.
