I have just woken from a dream and it has lead to a terrifying revelation.
I would like to preface this conversation with a caveat: I do not read the comics. I get most of my knowledge from the movie and tv show mediums. This is why I would like to bring this topic to people who actually know the source material.
Every new tidbit of information I learn about Storm shatters my brain that she’s not ruler of the planet Earth. Hahaha what do you mean she has the potential to condense the clouds above our heads, solidify them, and have them rain down like a meteor shower decimating everything below. (I like to call this move “Catastrophic Devastation: Megalocryometeor” [on a planetary scale] “Planetary Devastation: Iron Maiden”)
What do you mean she has the potential to focus solar winds, manipulate the atmosphere and electromagnetic fields to create a SUN DEATH LASER!? Also the theory that she could just remove the earths protection from the sun entirely/ localize it. (I’d name these moves “CD: Sun Kiss” and PD: Strip Tease ”)
What do you MEAN she has the potential to create dense fog, electromagnetic storms, and use water to bend and refract light around her to make her INVISIBLE AND UNDETECTABLE!? So she can just destroy your ass and you’d never even see her face!?
I need y’all to help me understand! Is she shackled by her hero status or does she have a huge weakness I haven’t heard about yet? I believe (with the limited knowledge that I have) if you turned storm into a villain it would require everything to take her down since she holds the entire world hostage. What do you think?
