Dead ends.
I’ve been noticing and going through a lot of dead ends on here. For example, hiring ads that never bother to reply, fake hirings leading to scams, too good to be true ads for a filipino, etc. Unfortunately at this point, whoever is actually hiring needs to message people who are looking for work directly. This whole idea that you could actually find a job on this subreddit has been losing credibility. From all the insane amount of empty ads that get posted here everyday, people waste time, people lose motivation to look for work, people lose opportunities and so on. If you’re gonna use reddit to look for a job, just a recommendation, y’all should just post that you’re looking for a job, show your your credentials, what can you offer to the field you’re expert in, and let these hiring folks message you to give you a shot. Because they’re looking for employees just as much as you’re looking for a job and it’s much easier to just do it this way. Start having the curtesy to privately message people if you’re looking for a worker, and find out if they fit in your company or not. What are your thoughts?
