Is there anything different about DA librarian than your standard librarian?

I heard that DA librarians have much more powerful telepaths but is there any more of this?

Is there anything different about RG librarian than your standard libriarian?

I heard that RG librarian can make RG battle brothers stealths go quieter and perhaps make RG go completely undetectable with the use of warp powers. Is this true and is there any more besides what i described?
