We found this safe in the basement of the 1939 house we just bought. Looks like it’s built right into the foundation wall. How do I open it?

Found this safe in the house we just moved into. It’s built into the foundation wall in the basement. Is there a (simple-ish) way to get it open? House was built in 1939.
