theres so many fakes of this around i’m lowkey terrified of getting a second-handling, does this guy seem legit to you?

you guys might be able to save me? i'm still in the green to cancel my order, I think this Malachy is a fake, anyone else think so too? the tags look okay but the fur is really shaggy looking and the spikes are very fluffy which I heard to be a dead giveaway? also the seller didn't respond when i asked for pics of the back of the tag which is a red flag but also it's quite late... what do you guys think?
