Is anyone else running into this issue? [buying MS3 model kits]

So probably like many, when I saw there were new model kits from the Metal Slug series I got super excited and quite keen to buy some of them.

As I mentioned before I really like the models and after a lot of thinking I decided to buy the MS3 although the MSX looked better quality. To my surprise, for an item advertised in Ali-express that basically had the pictures of the MS3 model kits I received the MSX one. Initially I was like "thats ok, its not a big deal I was eventually going to buy them as well" but then I realized, I did not order for this, what if I already had this? this was actively misleading advertising and a scamming tactic that should not go unmentioned.

I left a bad review to that seller and I managed to get a 50% refund on the item although the problem was not of my fault, every single picture in that item were photos of the MS3 model kit pack

A month goes by and I decide to go ahead and seek another seller with good reviews and actually order the MS3 model kits, the order takes ages to ship but it does, when I received it, you guessed it... MSX model kits again... at this moment I am going "WHAT IS GOING ON? DO THESE MODEL KITS EVEN EXIST?" I am now retracing my steps yet again and in the process of demanding a refund or to have the real kits shipped to me.
Upon further investigation this time around they actively posted real images of the MS3 pack with a higher price than MSX with the same name as the "color" of the model kits for MSX. They actively bumped the price a bit to make it look like they were different items... just straight out evil honestly, I am quite annoyed at this whole situation and it yet again another circus trying to explain the people in customer service who barely speak English (they use the word "honey" a lot) how that is not a correct business practice... its all so tiresome...

TL;DR

trying real hard not to have prejudice around certain sites/sellers but I barely ever gotten scammed by online shops before and in the last 2 months the same site allowed to sellers to screw me over and I have been shopping online for 15 years.
