Thoughts on how to do this properly?

I can laser cut 1/16 or 1/8 lamacoid plates (strong modified abs/acrylic)

Or 3d pring this case adapter out of tpu or poly pla+ or petg.

Trying to do this "by the book" for a first balsa/nitro build.

Gotta recommend them, just maidened.

Never felt such a smooth operating and powerful servo.

If you have the extra couple bucks over the emax options, they are truly great.

Did a nearly back to back test with emax 15g on another bird. These voltas were noticeable smoother.

Still managed to tear a hinge on the maiden...but overall success.

Any tips on fixing crack yak aileron hinge? Normally id tape it and call it a day, but I want to treat her a bit better than my usual shoddy fleet

I was at the field the other day and someone was explaining how one aspect of glasses was very problematic for rc plane flying, and of course i cant bloody remember what he was talking about. Maybe it was variable focus or something...

I dont have to wear glasses legally yet, but i do have a mild prescription... My issue is more astigmatism. Things become distorted, i lose confidence when i wear the glasses, but damn can i see for what seems like miles...

Im going to figure this out once and for all, any suggestions on what types of glasses to avoid/seek out?
