Bike fit (4 angles included)
Need some help with my bike fit! I’ve included shots from all 4 angles in the video.
I’m going on a 10 day tour in about a month, and keep having issues with my left hip and ankle.
Here some more in depth physical info for anyone interested:
My instinct is that it comes down to an asymmetry between my right and left sides.
It always feels like i’m sitting on my right butt bone more. My right toe points inwards a bit naturally, which I think might be bringing my right hip down relative to the left. You can see from the front/back shots that my right knee comes closer to the top tube than my left.
I have slight IT band issues on left side, left upper glute/hip issues, and left achilles issues.
It also feels like i want to be reaching forward more with my left arm than my right one when in the hoods.
