What's the rule around E-scooters?

Apparently they're illegal, but I see them around quite often usually on the pavement, are they still illegal or has the laws around them changed?

Hey all, I started going to my local gym just over 3 weeks ago and I've been loving it.

I start with 15 minutes of treadmill, then move onto weights. Usually I'll do upper body, then lower, some more cardio for about 15/20 minutes, then more upper body. This is most often over about 2 hours. Is this a good method? Or should I focus on one muscle group per day?

Another question I have is, I usually do my sets until failure, wait a couple of minutes then up the weight and go until failure again, would it be better to do sets?

I also don't really feel much muscle soreness the days after? I did have some soreness my first week or so there, but I only really get mild fatigue for the few hours after a workout now, does this mean I should be upping the weights I use?
