I got one of the walnut handle no. 8s off Amazon. After I ate an apple with it, it got extremely sticky. Guess I didn't clean it well enough afterward. I tried cleaning with alcohol, drying on radiator, oven, mineral oil.. it's still so stiff there are audible clicks as the blade moves. Do I have to disassemble the entire thing? I don't understand why the oil seems to be making it worse. What should I do at this point?
