Finding out I have serious mold exposure and have some questions
So I moved into a house 6 years ago. About 2 years ago, I started having very sudden symptoms- severe tachycardia and chest pains, a cold feeling in my head and down my back, and sudden flashes of colors abd intense panic. Not panic over anything specifically- it was just my body going into a fight or flight so intense I felt like I was dying.
I dealt with this for a year and a half- I modified my diet to keto (mostly carnivore) and that seemed to do something. I got another mystery illness that had me living with my parents for 6 months temporarily- but as the end of my lease neared I needed to move out permanently. So my parents went back with me to pack my things, and they discovered an insane amount of mold. We tested the air, walls and furniture and it was unreal.
We thought my symptoms were possibly POTS, but now we're leaning towards mold toxicity. I did a blood test and the markers for mold were way up too. I got a case of acne/rash from just a few hours of exposure.
Currently, I still have symptoms. Heart rate/bp spikes, intolerance to foods, cold head and spine, diharrea, joint pain, mold acne.
SO, TLDR: my questions.
Diet: I find ditching cheese helpful. Is there anything else I need to avoid?
Does anyone else experience similar symptoms? How do you manage them?
DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MY CAT? He spent the same amount of time with me in there.
!!! DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE AN INTOLERANCE TO SALINE IN DRINK MIXES AND IV'S? This is driving me crazy.
Is it possible to sue the company that owned and rented my old home? I feel like they severely overcharged for a horror house that took my life away, and I'm kinda pissed.

I've THOROUGHLY decontaminated my things, but I've thrown away most of my belongings including furniture, mattress, lots of clothes etc. We had my current room and house tested for mold too, and my living space is currently clean.
Thank you so much for taking some time to read this. I am so desperate. I have an appt set up for a mold detox specialist, but it's all the way in August.
