should I walk less, I walk 30k steps a day

I love walking and working out but im Wondering is it bad for fat loss and progress overall, I am 5'3 F 153 lbs, I strength train 5x a.day and walk 30k 6 days on average, should I continue the way or slow down, I'm also eating around 1800 for fat loss less
