What do you all do for video when you clip an audio, only podcast and distribute it to socials?

So I've been trying to increase the number of clips I make on my audio only podcast. I put them out on Facebook reels and tiktok and all that. Since we're audio only, I want it to be something eye-catching, funny or cute, so that there's at least something to look at while they listen to the clip.

My first instinct is to make animated avatars of me and my co-host but idk

What have you all seen done that makes sense?

I can tell you I dislike the idea of using a wave form...

Sorry first responders, you deserve better... "The energy drink" review

So in a trip to Hy-Vee I saw some new energy drinks and decided why not. I'll give it a try. I was happy to see that they support first responders and firefighters which is a great cause. But if you're going to donate a portion of your proceeds, you should probably have a drink that actually tastes good...

We tried both the Cherry flash and the mango vibe and I was incredibly disappointed with both. I was excited at first about the ingredients as they look promising. Very little sweetness, the mango one was slightly better with a tart taste that almost just was like pineapple, the cherry one was drinkable but definitely not enjoyable. 3/10, Goblin Tier...

Going on a "Road Show" this weekend, advice?

We are going to be participating at a convention this weekend with our podcast. We do nerd, gaming and pop culture content and this convention is focusing on table top gaming, at least two thousand registered attendees and I'm sure hundreds more that will be walk ins.

Here is our game plan so far

- have a table, backdrop and logos up

-signs asking to settle arguments in 60 seconds and hot takes wanted (to draw in folks to talk to us)

- link tree built with all the socials

-give away set up to get folks on a a news letter and enter to win some gaming dice

-20 or so t-shirts to give away with out podcast logo for people who sit down for reasonable interviews vs just shout outs and clips

-a list of 20 or so the people at the convention asked us to interview, local authors, game shop owners, cosplayers, etc.

I want to be able to walk away from this event with a ton of good content. What am I missing? Anyone done a show like this with success?
