this page from my apartment unit's rental history shows when it was deregulated. it looks like it occurred due to "high rent vacancy" in 2002. for anyone who has dealt with this before, does it look like the unit was legitimately deregulated? does anything on this form not look kosher? is it possible to tell from these data alone? i don't know some of the terminology and abbreviations, let alone what the criteria for "high rent vacancy" were in 2002. the entries from 2003 to present are the same. I know it's a long shot that my unit is still RS but I'm exploring all possibilities.

for some reason, my printer shows up as "idle" until I launch a print job, whereupon status goes to "in use" (yellow dot) for a couple seconds and then to "offline" (red dot) / "looking for printer". it remains like this until I cancel the print job.

I can't think of anything that has changed. it just started doing this one day and I can't figure out the matter. the job will eventually print if I close the job, power cycle the printer, and relaunch the job (it sometimes takes 2-3 power cycles for this to work).

I have a brother "work smart series" printer connected to a Mac. I am not having any kind of network issues on any of my devices.
