Looking at moving to a place on B street, in between 8th and 9th ave. I don’t mind a little grittiness, just want to make sure I (30F) will be safe living alone when my partner is on trips, walking my dog around, etc. I also don’t know if there’s a stray dog population at all but we’ve been attacked by off leash dogs in other places and I have some paranoia about that.
