I am m19 autistic. I lived in my home for the past eight years. My family just moved and I had to move with them.

All my things are here but this is not my home..this isn't my home and it's not safe. It feels hostile and I don't know how to fix it. I miss my house I want to go home and I can't and I'm stuck here. Does it get better will I feel at home here. This doesn't feel like home and it's been long enough it should. I can't relax or feel comfortable and I want to go home to my real bedroom and the living room and the kitchen my mom made dinners in and the drawings I did on the wall.

How do you deal with this how am I supposed to deal with this
