ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
Room available in cozy and chic 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the Lower East Side near the corner of Clinton Street and Rivington Street. The apartment has tons of character, well maintained apartment building, no bugs or rodents, comes furnished. It’s two blocks off a busy street so super quiet at night which is nice for downtown!! Note the apartment is a three floor walk up with no elevator. I’ve lived here the last 1.5 years and absolutely love it!!
The room has a full sized bed, desk, window with AC unit, storage space and closet space. *Also realized it’s hard to tell but the room does have a window :)!
You’re a 6 min walk from Delancey Essex M F J Z train and roughly 20 minutes from the 1st Av L Train. Super fun area in LES with endless parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within a 5 minute walk! Personally I love this location as an in between from Chinatown and East Village. Everything feels within walking distance!
Price is $1600 including all utilities and WiFi!!
ABOUT ME:
Super friendly and laid back 25 year old male, working in an office in midtown, I work in person 5 day a week and like keeping myself busy outside of work so I’m rarely in the apartment. I like doing new things on the weekends and taking advantage of everything New York has to offer. My go-to hobbies are chess, pool, basketball, and bike rides. I love going out and socializing but never really bring the party home. My current roommate and I are super cordial but don’t spend much time talking outside of friendly gestures, I’d be happy to keep that vibe going with my next roommate or change based on how we connect!
LOOKING FOR:
Very open to any type of person as a roommate (currently live with a 22 yo female college senior who I met on Reddit lol), very left-leaning and LGBTQ friendly. All I ask is that you’re clean and proactive about dishes/cleaning messes as they’re created, not too loud early morning or late night, respects the shared spaces, will help with common chores when necessary
My roommate’s graduating and leaving New York City so looking for someone to take her spot for at least 12 months!
