If i want to come to Sardinia for 4 days and JUST enjoy the beaches, what itinerary would you recommand?
I don’t care about anything other than crystal clear, picturesque beaches.

Pros:

Cheaper than summer
Flights and hotels are affordable-ish. Even some « reservation -only » restaurants are easier to get into (even w/out reservations) or the day of.
- Vandal (tasty finger foods but very mid drinks)
- NU mallorca (beach club vibes)
- Kaizen (sushi / omakase)
Good temperatures for exploring/ hiking
You can walk around easily and climb up hills or even steep streets with cobblestones, etc
You can go on hikes if thats your vibe

Cons:

Weather is unpredictable.
DONT TRUST THE DAMN WEATHER APPS!!
Don’t book boat excursions 2-3 days before. Wait untill the day of. (Trust me, they’re still available in May)
You can have sunny beach weather,
wind,
clouds,
random rain,
cold evenings,
sometimes all in the same day 🥲🥲🥲
oh and even with sun, the wind near the coast can make it feel much colder.
Packing becomes annoying.
You need bikinis and jackets/sweaters. Sometimes coats lol idk some nights were very very cold.
You will feel disappointed if your goal was only tanning, and swimming in the calas.
Mallorca in May works best when you enjoy both beaches and exploring. If someone expects guaranteed tropical weather, it can feel frustrating if thats allll you planned for.
