Hi! I found this lamp near the trash and it still works but it needs to be re-wired as sometimes when the lamp is moved or adjusted the light turns off. Also when it is on for a while it smells like it’s burning, and the bulb is really hot.

1. What kind of bulb is this? The label says T bulb but I can’t find anything similar (I did not look super hard tbh.)

2. Could a person who has never re-wired a lamp before, re-wire this one? Or should I just take it to someone who knows what they are doing.

3. If said person (me) re-wires this lamp what would be your recommendations for products to use?

4. Could it be converted so that maybe a newer safer bulb could be used?
