I have the car since dec 2025 ( Macan 4 ev) bit its a 2024 CPO. Last week was winter tire change and a software update. not sure which one as that big one was suppsed to be done pre delivery but they said some has to be redone. 3 days later my app stopped showing the status of the car. ie battery, location ,lock/unlock, location.
it works again after switching off privacy settings on the car (pcm). and switching it on again.
A day later or sometimes 2 it stops working.
i am going to email the dealership but its a long weekend
is there a thing like a car reboot i can try?
also, in the app i get the message data contract %&€+ is not activated. however, it is, though it has a different name. the data pass was activate din december. this message started showing up 2 weeks ago without something nit working.
