What are the travel requirements like for engineers at Anduril?

Context: had a recruiter reach out, called went well, passed the tech screen afterwards. Looking towards mid/senior embedded roles. I have 6 years of experience writing realtime applications code for several scales of devices and vehicles in C/C++. Found some roles that look like a good fit, but they all list 20%+ travel. Are engineers at Anduril really spending 1 week per month on the road? I don't mean to be an ass, but do people on these teams not have spouses/pets/a desire to maintain some kind of routine?
