WFH Doctors
Hello Doctors! I am a GP and just want some advice because I cannot decide if I should leave my current WFH job to switch to another company who only allows hybrid set-up. If there are other CDIs in this group, can you also share how you upskilled in this career?
Company 1 - CDI Physician (non-voice)
• pure WFH
• no weekends
• no work during PH holidays - paid
• all equipment provided
• 2-5/10 difficulty of work (clinical knowledge only)
• net pay 90k
• govt benefits + HMO with 2 dependents
• 20 days paid leave
• private practice still allowed
• can work abroad
Company 2 - CDI Physician + claims analyst (non-voice)
• hybrid 3x a week + days with meetings
• no weekends
• no work during US holidays - paid
• more responsibilities - with possible promotion since with prior CDI exprience
• net pay 120k
• govt benefits + HMO with 1 dependent
• 24 days paid leave
