Saw lambs online talking about this today and figured I'd share as it's pretty major if true:

Gamma has some allegations of fudging the numbers for their investors, and just generally painting a picture they were doing better than they are, which has apparently led several of their artists to leave...

In Mimi's case she and the CEO Larry Jackson have unfollowed each other online, sparking the rumour she's no longer with the label (if you can call it that, I know they were trying to me new age-y and different lol). He was around a lot during the HFIA era at various events and they interacted heavily through social media, so the fact they don't even follow each other at all anymore is a bit of a sign.

What are people's thoughts on this? Positive? Negative?

While I think they did some things well, I think they did fail to capitalize on Mariah's specific strengths. She's an artist of a certain tenure and they need their numbers from physical sales. Gamma didn't do great with distribution there, lots of complaints of no copies in store, lack of variants, etc. Alongside that his ties to Apple Music definitely hurt her on Spotify which is the major platform by far...

We'll see if this is true, and if so I guess onto the next chapter - Unfortunately I think that means new material will be slowed further unless a deal comes along quickly.

Hi there!

My FBR docs were marked as received on April 24th, sent from Canada... but it was because of this sub I've come to learn there are different types of marriage certificates. The one I sent looks identical to the below picture I found online.

Is that the correct certificate or is this the church cert some are saying isn't accepted? As a young non-married, non-religious person I didn't even know there was a difference haha

If it is incorrect, I can order and send off a new cert within the next month I'd say - is this early enough that it would just get added to my app and I'm good to go, or is there a possibility of additional docs issues adding months to processing? As mentioned I just sent it off so I've basically got the full 10-12 months wait ahead of me.
