I’m having an issue with my Breville Barista Touch and wanted to see if anyone else has run into this.

The machine is only about two months old, my house has a whole-home water softener/filtration system, so water hardness shouldn’t be the issue here.

Low pressure / inconsistent shots.

Has anyone experienced something similar with a relatively new Barista Touch? Trying to figure out if this is user error, a known issue, or if I just got unlucky with this unit.
