Every exclusive Lab Tama item you can get in Japan as of April 20, 2026 (including one exclusive to Tamagotchi Factory)
I went to both an Edion in Osaka that had a Lab Tama, and I went to the Tamagotchi factory in Harajuku. I took pictures of every Lab Tama item that was available to download - both automatically from the two available Lands/biomes (5 items each), playing and winning the mini games (1 item each), and then one exclusive one that I only saw at the Tamagotchi Factory (they had an extra Factory Biome).

These do NOT include the ones Bandai Namco Cross staff can give you directly - if anyone wants to see those, I can make another post. Apparently they change regularly throughout the day, and not even the staff knows what items they’ll have available. The Bandai staff I talked too was excited with me and he checked in with me twice more when he noticed he had new items to share - so it changed twice within like, a half hour.
