Good afternoon everyone,

I absolutely adore the style of these heels (from the brand Bobbies- Renata, in Absolute Black).

I am wondering what you would do about exchanging for a pair without the deep scratch at the bottom of the shoe. Is that something you would be concerned about? Or am I overthinking… wondering what you think as they were $369 CAD and that’s the most I’ve ever spent on a shoe.
