Just got the ATM settlement payout but realized I missed the first payout of $857.84 back in June 2023 — Am I still able to claim?
Saw my feed blowing up with posts about this ATM class action settlement payout, was lowkey mad that I had missed out on it and then a couple of hours later I was checking my email for something different when I saw it —"Your Digital Payment Is Ready"—and I was incredibly confused because I don't even remember signing up for this so I decided to do a search in my email to see if I could find any email correspondence that might help jog my memory.
Once again, I see another email regarding my digital payment being ready and it's for this same class action settlement except it's dated for June 2023 in the amount of $857.84 so I investigate further only to see that the email explicitly states that I should promptly claim my award because I will not be able to collect my award electronically after 8/25/2023.
Does this mean that there is another, non-electronic, redemption method that I can take in order to claim my first payment? Or did I play myself and lose the ability to claim that payment?
