pubic lice panic
i have been itching in the groin area for about a week or two and today i discovered it’s literal pubic lice. i went down a rabbit hole on the internet and found out they can also crawl into other places like chest hair, armpit hair, beard hair and even eyelashes (which horrified me). now where the true panic began was when i saw dozens of people online saying getting rid of them was a big hassle and sometimes even took months. i’m kind of bugphobic and the thought of having to live with lice for such an extended period of time gives me the creeps. I ordered prenethrin online and it is supposed to arrive tomorrow and i want to get it treated as soon as possible, so i shaved off all of my body hair except for my leg and arm hair. After another inspection I found there were still some crawling in my buttocks area and i felt so hopeless. Do you guys have any tips for me to control this infestation as fast as possible? How do I get rid of them in the hard to get areas? I live alone and I can only apply the cream on my own. Should I stay in a hotel for a while and let the lice die out in my apartment? All help is welcome, I’m kind of desperate at this point.
