Inside of ear looks bad. Already went to urgent care and it bled when it was "cleaned". I made them stop

I am a 35f who went to urgent care due to sinituis. I have an ent appointment April 16, but im worried I need to be seen sooner. I was prescribed antibotics and prednisone at urgent care yesterday.

urgent care couldnt see my ear drum due to wax build up. they tried to irrigate it with water and soap. it hurt badly. I made them stop, then discovered i was actually bleeding from my ear.

I used an ear camera (I know bad). attached is an image.

I do not use qtips or even put headphones in my ears (I use over the ear headphones). this camera is the first time ive willingly put something small in my ear, but the bleeding really freaked me out.

in general my ear situation is freaking me out.

should I see an ent sooner?
