Stained glass restoration artist? He

We’re renovating a church into our home in northeast Pennsylvania. Our stained glass is bowing in some areas and I’m having trouble finding a stained glass restoration company to come out to our rural town. Is there any major companies you guys suggest that travel or is there anyone else I could possibly get in contact to maybe stabilize them until we’re ready for a full restoration?

1872 gothic revival Victorian

So my husband and I are renovating this gothic revival Victorian into our house! Contractor has already gotten started and we’re taking the bare minimum out anything that is not rotting we’re keeping and we’d like to keep things as correct as possible. So I’m looking for some pretty good online places or online architectural salvages for exterior doors maybe some bed frames and other decor especially if they have a larger ecclesiastical selection! Thanks!

1872 gothic church decor ideas

So my husband and I just bought this church and renovating it, we’re definitely doing a lot of thrifting and architectural salvage but we want to get some things new. Anybody know of any good alternative maybe small business brands I could support to decorate this place? It’s huge so we’re going to need a lot of stuff.

Thought you guys may appreciate this. It’s a 1872 gothic revival church that’s been sitting for years. My husband and I are turning into our personal residence.

Restoring and renovating an 1872 gothic revival church

I was recommended to post here as some of you guys might want to see. My husband and I had been house hunting for the last 8 months and we were either out bid by cash offers or the inspection came back bad or the sellers were just unreasonable. We saw this on Zillow and thought why not. It was listed as a 2bd 2ba but when we toured it, it was definitely a 0bd 2 half bath so we knew we didn’t have to fight anyone over
It as we are a family of 7 and needed a large home with a lot of space and bedrooms. We ended up being able to close with a 203k and being able to add 5 legal bedrooms an loft bedroom plus 3 full baths and another half. Please ask any questions you may have or any advice or anything! We are about 80% sure it’s haunted and the creepy basement is we’re are bedrooms will be.

Got the keys! PA, 293k, 6.125%

My husband and I (29M & 30F) finally closed on our historic church we’re turning into our house. 6.125% and total loan amount 293k but we only paid 116k for the building and then 149k for renovation and a 14k contingency in escrow. We were under contract for over 3 months and after numbers set back and 3 different lenders it’s finally all ours. Renovation has started and phase 1 will be done by end of July. We used an FHA 203k and if you have any questions please ask. I know everyone said this was the most difficult and impossible loan but I’m hard headed and wouldn’t take no for an answer. I think these are extremely underrated and we just didn’t have the time or energy to fight for a turn key in this economy with people bidding 100k+ over asking.

✨PSA✨ I know some of you are wanting to see the renovations process and I’m documenting and posting everything on TT, YouTube and IG my handle to all is cjdzimmer follow along to see all the pics and videos!
