Trying to play AAA games like Alan Wake 2 or Witcher 3, I get immediately constant stuttering which makes them unplayable.

Tried every setting option possible from low to highest in Witcher to no avail or relative difference.

My Pro has laptop 4090 and Intel 13900 series CPU.

Using to external displays setup with 2k screen and FullHD screen. I have a laptop cooling stand.

Tried driver updating, checked thermals, also internals look dust free from the bottom.

Any solutions or what should I start looking for? I tried to do research and the only way I got some perf was to set my CPU usage to max 99%. Is my CPU cooked?
