Has anyone seen an official website for the São Tomé & Príncipe CIB program? There is a lot of hype being generated about this program, but there seems to be no mention of it on the official govt website https://stp.gov.st/. The 'official' partner for the project CIU in Dubai doesn't seem to have a known address or website either.

Definitely a reason to proceed with caution as it's a new program with very limited on the ground experience from people.
