Suspension extensions for occasional long reach?
Wow, do I love my hammock!!!
I love it so much, I need to figure out how to hang in less-than-ideal situations.
My primary rig is an OG Warbonnet Blackbird with webbing strap suspension, and I am generally happy with my setup. The question is, when you can't reach from tree to tree, what is the best to use to make up the gap?
I considered running "something??" under higher tension and hanging off that, but it's not really practical. Do I bring spider daisy chain or python straps to use as a tree strap and clip the regular straps with my regular carabiner?
I'd be interested in others' experiences.
