Hey yall!!! I am moving out of my beloved apartment and my landlord is currently looking for a new tenant. It’s a two bedroom on the first floor, the building is super clean and all utilities (excluding electric) are included in rent. My landlord is looking for someone who is pet-free and also a student, this area would be best for someone who goes to QCC, York College, or SJU, but any other school is fine. I am leaving the bed and the desk, so it will be ready and furnished. If you are interested and want anymore details and pics plz message me!! Move in is June 1st or earlier
