does anyone know any resources that offer free to low costs hair services for black women?
i work in community based living and health services and have a few clients who could use resources to get their hair done appropriately.

my 7 y/o Rocky. this has been going on for maybe about a year now out of nowhere (i’ve had him for almost 4). he can be a sporadic eater but when he eats his whole bowl at once, he’ll come find me especially if i’m in bed/on the couch and lick his lips and i’ll pat him on the back and then he’ll burp and then if he’s got to burp again, he’ll keep licking his lips. but once he’s done, he gets up and walks away.
USUALLY once he burps he hears me say “compliments to the chef!!!” really loud. but i decided to try to record it this time and was more excited i got him to burp on what felt like command i didn’t say it lol. it’s a really funny quirk he’s developed
i’m transferring as a junior to CLA this fall and planning to major in soc of law. i plan to join some orgs/clubs but i was wondering if there are like fb groups or something of the similar to make friends before the school year starts. or if anyone here wants to be friends!
